KOMMANDKIDS

At KOMMANDKIDS, each drop is produced in limited quantities. For this reason, we operate an exchange-only policy, with one clearly defined exception outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all original tags attached
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, odour, or washing will not be accepted


Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If your requested size or item is unavailable, A refund will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost


Fit-Based Refund Exception (Hoodies Only)

In the unlikely event that a hoodie cannot be fitted over a child’s head due to the neckline or opening being unreasonably restrictive, we will accept a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Clear visual evidence must be provided, demonstrating that the hoodie cannot be fitted over the child’s head
  • Each case will be reviewed individually before approval

Refunds approved under this exception will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as KOMMANDKIDS is not responsible for items lost in transit

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not offered for general sizing or change-of-mind purchases
  • Exchanges and refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected
